Class Behavior Plan

 

1. Follow Directions.

2.  Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

3. Raise your hand and wait to be called on before you speak.

4. Stay in your seat, unless you have permission to leave it.

5. No swearing, teasing, or name calling.

6. Handle all class books and materials with care.

To encourage students to follow these classroom rules, I will recognize appropriate behavior with praise, rewards, and positive phone calls home. However, if a student chooses to break a rule, the following steps will be taken:

1st time: Warning

2nd time: Name on the board

3rd time: Time out

4th time: Call parents and lose recess

Severe Clause: Request a meeting with Administration & Teacher
