I&RS is…
-a team of
instructional and support staff under the leadership of the building principal
-a forum for exchange
of ideas and the development of strategies to address needs of students
experiencing difficulties
-a team which
supports the teachers’ efforts to provide appropriate programs
-The I&RS Team
mission is to identify and collect information about the learning, behavioral,
or health issues that impact a student's success
and develop and implement an
individualized plan that provides for appropriate school and community interventions.
